I'm ready for improvement. The guy has been about has consistently good as anyone the last decade. I'm not gonna let one year discourage me especially if he already knew that he was moving on.

Everyone knows a coaches last game is the only thing they should be judged on.
For example, Nick Saban lost to Iowa is his last game at LSU, where his position group blew a coverage on a last second touchdown pass.
No way he would succeed at his next college stop, right?
