Do they release who voted for whom concerning the Heisman?

They only release a regional breakdown. So you can see the vote totals per region.
Individual votes are not released. Some voters diviluge their ballots on their own but they don't have to.

Tua is the best player in America when he is healthy but he played half the year gimped up so I think Murray probably deserves the award.
