Ewers is gone after 2023. Arch will sit 1 year.

I don't think he is the top player or even a top QB in the 2023 class and don't care if he comes to Georgia. But, are you saying that if a kid is committed to a team he is a thug if he takes a visit to another school?

I agree that if they are committed they should be committed....but a thug seems pretty harsh.

While in general I agree with what you are saying...all of the NFL scouts thought Ryan Leaf was a top 2 player and Tom Brady was a 6th round talent. It's not like it is an exact science. It's not often they get QB's right.

The rule is you have to drink with Sark. Can Simp keep up?

Unfortunately on 2 counts... First, I am not QB prospect. Second, I could put Sark's arse under the table without trying.

That is the absolute gayest thing I've ever heard said by a 60 yr old man that hasn't played a down of organized football since the 70s (if ever)

I imagine you pushing your glasses up on the bridge of your nose before you say that

Schools arent committed to coaches and coaches arent committed to schools but if a kid changes his mind he is a thug.

For UGA, we don't necessarily need a QB recruit in this class, but if we get one it would need to be a top 10 guy. We don't need to reach for a player since we don't have a need.

Manning fits the bill. I'd be happy to have him (or any of the other top 10 QB's) come to UGA. I'm also okay if they don't. It's a "nice to have" position for UGA this year, not a "need to have".

Manning will have him go where he can get the best QB coaching to go to the next level. They chose Sark.

It doesn't matter if he goes to TX, UGA, or anywhere else. He is not going to come close to the hype.

Are you saying you never changed your mind as a kid?

And yes. Coaches are committed to schools. It is called a contract.

ETA
Or maybe you intended that to the poster I responded to? Because surely you understand that coaches and schools are committed to each other? I have to be misreading your intent?

I’m hoping he stays at Texas. Soak up another 10 mil from the sip BMDs. With him and Ewers both eating up about 20 large they will have a hard time recruiting a QB, after yet another bottom level big 12 finish
