It was important to A&M. With no bowl games it allowed you to win your last game and get momentum into your buying season. LSU has two more games, both of which matter far more than the A&M game. Congrats on what will undoubtedly be yet another bought and paid for recruiting championship before another 8&4 season in 2023. Ground hog day for A&M.

A&M matters to A&M. Anything that allows Jimbo to stay at A&M and calling plays is golden.

Pretty funny considering how many of them last year were mocking LSU for winning their "superbowl" vs A&M to finish the season. It got LSU bowl eligible. But, here we are and a lot of A$M posters are celebrating and talking nine kinds of shite to a team that's going to Atlanta while they're done for the year. Crazy times we live in.

In 6 years with Ed O, LSU only twice had a non-winning record in the conference.
The record that got him fired was 3&5 last year (for people whose season did not end already, season before last to Aggie fans), Jimbo is 2&6 this year.
