As Laremy Tunsil says "I'd have to say yeah". Pretty fricking embarrassing to be building a AAA ballpark while getting beat down by the Mustard Buzzerds. Not like he didn't have an entire off season to find some guys that could hit.

Things would be a lot easier to handle for MSU baseball fans if they’d just realize that them and LSU are not the only SEC schools that take baseball seriously anymore.

I'm aware. I'm also aware when you whip out your dick about your new ballpark you better make sure you don't put a little league team on it.

No, but I'm fairly confident UA owns the record in CFB.

Southern Mississippi is CWS team. No idea why they aren’t getting the credit they deserve.

By CWS team you mean they’ve been in their history or you expect them to be in it this year? Seems odd either way. They clearly weren’t there last year.

Because it's Southern Miss. Their only CWS appearance was a fluke, proved by how fast they got bounced.

There are idiots that overreact across all boards regardless of sport.

Price getting fired for fricking strippers > Cannizzaro trotting out a little league team

This was a tough series to open with on the road. USM is a good team. They hosted a regional last year and we came through the loser's bracket and beat them twice to win it. They have had this circled since we stole their super regional bid with an overachieving bunch last year.

We need to salvage today and move on.

AC as a hot commodity got started when he did so well recruiting at LSU. And no one factored in just how big a role those 3 letters across his chest when he was out recruiting for LSU played in his success. Prior to him getting the HC job at State he had exactly 2 years of coaching in college baseball. He gets some baseball credit for his yrs in the pros but there is a huge difference in being a HC, especially in the SEC, and working in player development & scouting at the pro level.LSU fans had his as CPM's replacement for the past 2 yrs & he has won exactly squat. Whereas CPM is in College Baseball's HOF. As my father used to say, "once a greenie, always a greenie".
