West Tennessee, while it flies under the radar, is by far the reddest and poorest part of the state. Likely due to all the Mississippi trash that spreads north.

One of your fans pulled out his nutsack and drug it on the face of a passed out dude.
One of your fans poisoned 100 year old trees because of a loss

It’s 100% due to the spreading of another group of people
At least West TN is the real South unlike middle TN and the hillbillies cooking meth in East TN

As if the tenners aren’t moving to north Mississippi.
Memphis trash is staying in Memphis for the most part though.

There’s nothing real south about West Tennessee, definitely not in Jackson or Memphis

How do you figure? But I’m glad you acknowledged there’s nothing Southern about middle or East TN.

That crowd was mostly Tiger High fans and it doesn't say who the man was rooting for. Regardless, that's pretty fricked up.
That said, he's not wearing orange in his mugshot but rather dark blue. Just sayin'

A portion of Nashville has pretensions about the Plantation South but overall TN is an Upper South state. Culturally, that's far removed from our Deep South brethren in places like AL, Miss, SC, and GA. We have more in common with Virginia and NC, imo. All are southern but there's a difference.

The eastern part of the state, sure. Nashville and the surrounding middle TN is nothing more than a mini- Atlanta now. Culturally, West Tennessee is very much like MS

I think if you're talking MS and West, TN it's more Memphis than the whole of West, TN. And why not? The population of Memphis mainly came from those fleeing Mississippi during the Civil War and directly afterwards. They're the most 'deep south' portion of the state.
As for Middle, TN there's a lot of Atlanta II going on in Nashville but they still have their pretensions and the rest of Middle, TN is still different from Nashville. Outside of Nashville, much of Middle, TN these days is the same as East, TN. Although, I do think Middle, TN is still far closer to the deep south than East, TN.
