Anyone else here done the 1,000 sit-ups a day like that girl at the bottom?

I can't do 1,000 but I can tell you just doing 100 -200 per day makes a huge diff in your gut....just in case anyone headed to beach this summer :-)

Diet and heavy compound lifts if you want abs, bro. Sit ups are trash.

Front squats,bro. Takes a lot less time and will be more effective.
1000/day sit-ups is going to do more damage than good, imo, because there is no way you're going to keep a good form through 1000. You're going to get tired and start "cheating", and that's when a back injury occurs
