A rival coach barely beating his rival while we were on probation?

Ears was such a tool, have never been able to stand the smug arrogant bastard. He may be the nicest guy in the world but I doubt it.

Eta: no chance in hell Saban walks in like that.

I like all of these people not giving LSU any respect and virtually zero shot at competing with bama this weekend, much less beating them, and im sure our players and coaches feel the same. I expect the tigers to come out relaxed, focused, and ready to play. Say what you want, but we are still LSU, and we still have great athletes all over the field that can play some football. We are an extremely proud program, and it won't suprise me at all to see LSU play very well saturday night. Let's line it up and play and see what happens. Geaux tigers.

Well, say what you will about Saban but there's zero chance his team will be lighting up cigars on the field after the game.

Then again, that did make for a damn cool picture. It was probably worth the Barn going two decades without another win in Baton Rouge. Somehow they must have known they had to live that moment up like it would never happen again.

I can't believe this guy hasn't made his way back into an SEC head coaching position.

I totally used to think this were the case. Lately though, with the abundance of blaming refs for perceived transgressions past and future, excuse making, and overall prevalence of whining, it's become pretty hard to confuse anything LSU related with 'pride.'
