Why A&M? UGA has no history with them.

No. Move vandy to the west. They don’t win in the east anyway so what does it matter. Moving them to the west makes the east and west More Evan

SEC WILL NOT split schools from the same state into diff. divisions. So, if you're moving Aub. East, Alabama is joining them. Therefore Vandy & Tenn. head West as a duo.

Happy that YOU'LD STILL be in the East with 4 of the B6 to play yearly?

Do away with Divisions and play a 10 game SEC Schedule (5 home-away). They would lose one shitty game but could charge more for SEC Games. Fans would be happy with the trade off.

Fans WILL NOT be happy nor UGA because that only gives us 1 game to openly schedule.

Verses the crappy three games they usually schedule. Don't throw out the BS ND Game, because that is only recent history. I believe UGAs fan would prefer to play LSU or Bama every few years instead of a ND type game every 20.

I reckon TSIO will die at some point, but it will be the same year as DSOR. As long as the Boomers and GenX are alive, who are the actual funders of the programs, the traditional rivalries will stay put.

If Auburn moved to the east then Bama would just refuse to play them every year

I agree that many fans are tired of "cupcake games". Me included.

But, on the flip side 9+ SEC games doesn't work for us along with GT & a 7H yearly schedule.

Something is going to have to happen to the GT-UGA series at some point. My guess is it doesn't do much for GT anymore and would rather play another weak ACC type team anyway. The FSU and UF game would be more critical, but with both the SEC could elect to pay both schools a larger share for the good of the Conference every other year.

But don't forget the other 2: SC/Clemson & Ky./Louisville.

Interestingly all 4 are in-state SEC/ACC rivalries. & all in the SEC East.

If you're going to stop TSIO, you should at least have enough memory to replace BAMA with Arkansas rather than OM given there's at least some history there. We had a permanent cross-div with them when the conference first expanded. It also makes no sense to break up Vanderbilt-OM.

Like I said, something financially can be worked out. That is 4 games every two years that would be affected. The health of the Conference would be greatly improved. No shitty TV schedules like tomorrow.

Hear this out. Alabama is not giving up the Tennessee game. So Auburn would have to find someone else to play.
