Ohio State or Michigan winner is getting in the playoffs. If these teams go undefeated there will only be 1 Sec team getting in.

You are fooling yourself if you think a 2nd Sec team is going to get in over an undefeated conference champ. You will need to hope these teams lose a game or maybe even have 2 losses because a 2nd Sec team is probably not getting in over a 1 loss conference champ.

The committee say they are looking at this or that but have never left out an undefeated conference champ and probably never will unless they have an unusual year where there's 5 undefeated teams.

Because of the weak schedule, there is question about Clemson and some reservation about TCU. Yeah, one of them likely would go in undefeated but it might not be both. The committee looks at the strength of opponents defeated and would take a one loss team that was defeated by a top 10 over a undefeated that basically hasn’t beaten anybody stronger than Vandy or A&M.

I'll believe that a team can actually run the table in the Big 12 when I see it. Especially TCU. They've lived on the edge for like 5 consecutive weeks

Keeps a one loss SEC team out unless it's the SEC Champion.

They will lose to either Texas or Baylor. Texas is getting better it seems.

Clemson and Tcu have beaten just as many or more ranked teams than the teams that still have a chance to make the playoffs.

Clemson has beaten 3 ranked teams and Tcu 2. Tennessee has beaten 2, Georgia has beaten 1, Ole Miss and Alabama have beaten zero ranked opponents, and Lsu although slim chance has beaten 1 ranked opponent. So up to this point you can't say they have played a weaker schedule.

Don't forget about a 12-1 Pac champ.

Sounds like you are trying to convince yourself. There are three scenarios that would guarantee two SEC teams. Committee knows who pays the bills.

How many years during the playoffs has there been 3+ undefeated P5 champs?

2021 - 0
2020 - 2*
2019 - 3
2018 - 2
2017 - 0
2016 - 1
2015 - 1
2014 - 1

More likely to happen is there will be 1 undefeated conference champ.
