Are you calculating manually or is there a "winsipedia" for baseball I don't know about? =)

I'm not sure if anyone in the league has a winning record against SC unless it's LSU. Maybe Florida has caught-up against us in recent years while we were floundering under Holbrook.

LSU all-time vs. SEC in the NCAA tourney.

17-6 (73.9%):

Alabama 1-2
Arkansas 3-0
Florida 4-2
Miss St 3-0
South Carolina 0-2
Texas A&M 6-0

Since these were in the NCAA tournament, every one of the games had a lot on the line.

LSU has the series lead, and generally by a wide margin, over every SEC school except Alabama, State and A&M

Alabama: 170-196-3
State: 184-203-1
A&M: 20-22-1

everyone else:
Auburn: 102-72
Arkansas: 70-31
Florida: 61-49-1
Georgia: 67-22-3
Kentucky: 49-29-1
Ole Miss: 175-148
Missouri: 12-0
South Carolina: 37-26-1
Tennessee: 56-22
Vanderbilt: 57-41

However, since Skip took over in 1984, LSU leads all of those series

1984-present:
Alabama: 81-46
State: 72-57 (Mainieri owns State with a 27-11 record)
A&M: 17-11

not sure where you're getting that number unless our media guide is just wrong. I've got 196-170-3

From our media guide

I'm sure early years of baseball record keeping have pretty large differences in what years programs went from "club" to "program".

I think that new coach is going to finally make Alabama relevant. Slightly off topic but I am so happy Cannizaro is gone. He was going to haunt LSU recruiting louisiana for many years

State is as follows:

194-213-4 against Alabama
53-48 against Arkansas
106-90-1 against Auburn
47-48 against Georgia
61-39 against Kentucky
211-179 against LSU
45-64 against Florida
8-0 against Missouri
250-206-5 against Ole Miss
34-38 against South Carolina
58-28 against Tennessee
15-12 against Texas A&M
69-44-2 against Vanderbilt

Interesting how almost every school has a slightly different series record than their opponent is showing. Some folks probably still disputing that score from 1915
