Reggie White was the Minister of Defense

Chris Jones is the Monster of Defense.

He badder than LeRoy Brown.

Jones in the second game and Hassan Reddick in the first game were the best players on the field.

He’s a freak.

Next big time d lineman out of state is big Jeff Simmons. State of Mississippi churns out high caliber d lineman.

If really is incredible how many of those massive DT/DEs who move like LBs are from Mississippi.

There is nothing more satisfying than a violent, disruptive, scary SOB at DL.

It's poetry

He showed some class and discipline several times by just tackling Joe instead of trying to smear his body into the turf. He had plenty of opportunities with that weak arse O line.

Yeah he couldve murdered Burrow a couple of times, but instead he just hugged him to the ground

His college coach must have been a hell of a recruiter.

Not Coach Mullen who is dissed on here as a terrible recruiter. In truth he was an underrated recruiter. At State, to his credit he did not go after the big fish in the first few years. As the years went by our recruiting rankings slowly went up. That is evidenced by the number of State players in the NFL today and that trend has continued.

Terrible recruiter is the label put on him but during his time at State that was not entirely true.
