Qualifications: Must have graduated from a Louisiana high school. Must not have attended LSU.

It's not as easy to do SEC since you can't include guys like Ed Reed, Anthony Thomas, and Reggie Wayne.

Raynoch Thompson at Tenn - LB
Reggie Torbor at Auburn - DE/LB
Tony Bua at Arkansas - S

There are some A&M candidates, but all of them pre-date the move to the SEC.

there have been some tremendous players that left Louisiana to go places like FSU and Miami

You could liven up the list if you opened it up to any conference. Some greats left the state back in the day.
