So weve thrown around all kinds of possibilities and if they are trimming out the rent a win games, what if we could play a 9 game sec schedule, and play one non con game with either the sec or big 12.

Vs ACC
Georgia vs Georgia tech
Florida vs Florida state
South carolina vs Clemson
Kentucky vs Louisville

Vs big 12
Lsu vs Texas
Tennessee vs Oklahoma
Ole miss vs Baylor
Alabama vs tcu
Arkansas vs Oklahoma state
Mississippi state vs iowa state
Missouri vs kansas
Vanderbilt vs kansas state
Texas a&m vs Texas tech

Why wouldn’t KU play Mizzou, an old rival?

We better still play Texas.

LSU stills owe them payback for what they did to the team and fans last minute.

In this this scenario
1. The big 10 plays 10 game all con as said.
2. The big 12 plays 9 conference games and 1 sec game, giving them 10 total games.
3. The acc plays a 9 game schedule, with the 4 listed playing an sec team for 10 total games.
4. Notre dame will play the 10 acc teams that dont play sec teams.
5. The sec will play 9 conference games, plus an acc or big 12 team, giving them 10 total games

Ms St has a game scheduled with NC ST. Why not keep it and AU has UNC. ??

Arky has ND

UT is already headed to LSU..

Vandy Has KSU

Tenn is playing OU already

Ole Miss already has Baylor

Have MIZZ play KU
Bama play Miami or Ok St
UVA play TxAM Instead of UGA

So much is already there

The ACC, B12, and SEC should just have a little scheduling meeting. Between all the games already set... they should be able to get everyone 10 or 11 games.

Only the WVU /FSU isn’t covered.. I’m sure you could get Pitt to sub out for FSU for a little backyard brawl..

Then you just find pairs for the ACC/ND/B12 matchups..

Have the teams pay the FCS and G5 teams what they would owe them.

What did big bad Texas do "at the last minute "? The seating for visitors has never changed, puss-cake

Oklahoma is trying to reschedule their first game so they get a 'bye' week before playing us. Riley says it's because it would help them test for COVID . There's a lot of contingency stuff going on right now but you best believe some are using it to try and position themselves to have an advantage.

quote:

OU has petitioned the NCAA for a waiver that would allow the Sooners to move their 2020 football opener against Missouri State from Sept. 5 to Aug. 29, The Oklahoman has learned. Missouri State apparently is agreeable to the move.

OU athletic director Joe Castiglione’s rationale in this pandemic-stricken year is that moving the opener would give OU an off week after each of its first two games, which could be valuable with the testing of players for the coronavirus that causes COVID-19.

^^That is some bullshite.

I’d rather play Texas when there’s a full house so we could put their band in the corner of the East Upper.

Play a full 13 game round robin and tell the NCAA to go f themselves if they object.

Several of these matchups are already set, but this would be awesome if executed. This makes me think of the SEC v. BIGXII challenge in college basketball with several exciting games to look forward to- the difference in the football season will be the games will be spread out throughout the fall.

We already have UTk @ OU, Texas @ LSU and the annual ACC/SEC in-state rivalries. The extras would be pretty awesome. I'd love for everyone to play their six division opponents, their two cross division opponents plus a P5 OOC game to wrap the season.

Require it to be an independent lab chosen by the NCAA, include drugs in the test, and any player and/or coach that tests positive must sit for the next two games.

A/C gate

Cutting tickets

Band in the upper decks

quote:

“We’re going to do the same thing to them, too,” Ausberry told Morris.

Morris’ article explains that it was up to both hosting schools how to distribute the 3,000 visiting tickets. The SEC requires schools to give visitors 1,500 seats (of the allotted 5,000) in the lower deck. The Big 12 does not have the same policy and the LSU-Texas contract did not specify any location requirements for the 3,000 visiting tickets.

With the talk over band seating, locker room conditions and horns down, this two-year home-and-home series is really taking on the feel of a rivalry.
