A great old Twilight Zone episode, "A Nice Place to Visit" explains this perfectly!
Small time hustler crook gets shot and dies. He then enters the afterlife, where he meets a kindly old guide dressed in a white suit.
At first, the hustler loves this place... he is a winner, all the time! He gets all the beautiful dames... at the casino, he plays the slots and hits a jackpot every time! Heaven, right... ? Well, this hustler eventually gets bored as heck, and wants to get the fuk out of there. Hustler tells kindly old guide "I'm tired of Heaven, and want to go to the other place!!!"
Then, of course Satan / Saban gets mean and says "Heaven, whatever gave you the idea that you were in Heaven??! This is the other place! Scene closes with Saban's evil laugh!! The End

Hey man, I'll give you an upvote just for the effort. I remember actually watching that episode years ago.
If it wasn't for the occasional debacle like the Kick Six, Mac throwing two pick sixes against Auburn, Chad Kelly bouncing TD passes off receivers' helmets, and blowing a 10 point lead in the 4th quarter of a national championship game, maybe we'd be right there in your version of hell.
