You realize everyone wants free agency, but gets mad at somebody going to another school. Oh yeah, Bama.

But that’s not what we currently have and everyone knows this deal is shady as frick.

He was never accepted into UW because of institutional requirements at that school. They released him from his LOI. He was then free to sign with anyone who had an available slot for 2018. He turned to his original runner-up who had room. And he qualified. He is not a transfer as he was never enrolled. He signed with Alabama where he is an original counter, freshman signee and is NOW enrolled. End of story.

What you don't know, you unknowing one is that a lot of people are wanting complete free agency. Not just graduate transfers. Maybe you should catch up with how things are going.

Honestly? I really don't see anything shady. I believe the kid picked and signed with Washington, then immediately had buyers remorse.

Roquan Smith initially announced on signing day California (I believe it was) was his choice, then changed his mind and inked with Georgia. It happens.

This may be true, but that has nothing to do with what you and several Tide fans are insinuating.
I mean, absolutely nothing. You keep wanting to tie it to Mo Smith, and the two situations could not be further apart.

You don’t understand.

Bama got another highly touted recruit. That’s all he really needed to know.

Show me where I insinuated that.

Show me where I responded to you. I responded to those that were tying it to mo Smith's situation. Do you know how to read a thread?

ETA
Go back to the initial post I made that you initially responded to. I was not talking to you, yet you decided that to be a good time to jump on me. You were wrong.

I was responding to posters who were tying it to Mo Smith.

Everybody laughed at Bama when they were getting players to transfer out to other schools.

Bama gets a transfer and board literally melts.

I really do not see where there is a problem. Some people just get upset because a deep roster just got deeper. hey, Saban works hard. Congratulations. He proves that hard work pays off. I am all for that.

Probably because it was all extremely fishy how it all went down, just a hint.

LSU can now add the University of Washington and Peterson to their list of Alabama conspiracy collaborators. Damn the REC gets around.

It’s because the same crying babies that show their ignorance always show up in these types of threads. Bama is in compliance and Saban warned y’all this was going to happen but it’s only a problem when Bama does it.

No he didn't. Show me one single post in which Saban warned anybody that free agency was coming to college football.

ETA
Some Bama fans went crazy when Mo Smith went to Georgia. he was within the rules, and was a graduate transfer. This is an undergraduate transfer, and it is within the rules, too.

But to try to tie the two situations together is ludicrous.

You really thought I was talking about Mo Smith? I forgot about him.. I was talking about Kennedy and a few others. I promise you UGA isn’t on my mind that much.. sorry.

Really? This was from your post:
You mean like being a grad transfer and saying that the school doesn’t have your masters program.. but really it’s because of playing time?

Who is Kennedy and the others that fit that criteria?

ETA
I see Brandon Kennedy. And he was a GT, but I don't see where he said Alabama did not have his degree. maybe he did. but you said others....who are the others? But, I find it hard to believe Smith never entered your mind.

DO you honestly think Mo is the only kid to grad transfer from Bama? When your roster is littered with 5 stars it happens every year. UGA will have that problem in a few years

Brandon Kennedy just transferred this year to Tennessee. It was because of playing time but said major. Like I said UGA isn’t on my mind that much. I honestly forgot about Mo.

You are trying to compare a graduate transfer to an undergraduate transfer. Saban has gotten undergraduate transfers, too, in the past and will do so in the future. it is legal and has been legal from many, many years.

What do you call a kid that enrolls in your school and has never been enrolled in college before?

According to you, it's an 'undergraduate transfer' but I'm not so sure you're correct.

Okay.....but what does that have to do with free agency? Do you see players transferring willy nilly all over the place?
You, and some of the other Bama posters are being drama queens.

"Free agency! See! Saban told you!"
