Alabama signed 11 of the top 16 players in the Southeast Region in ESPN's rankings

Aside from Texas A&M signing 4 out of the top 5 defensive tackles in the country last recruiting season, this might be the craziest recruiting stat I can ever remember. Sheesh!

May as well have been 100 million.
The man warned what it would do to the sport. No one did anything about it, so he isn't trying to get left behind.
It's a new era that I don't necessarily like. But, it is what it is at this point.

Great, great, great team! And, team is what still wins. Cohesion and discipline matter most, which will become ever more apparent in the NIL era
2020 Bama was less talented, but a better team. They were full of selfless players. My favorite all time Bama TEAM in spite of less talent than 2019.
2019 Bama had potential until they didn't. Tua's injury was significant, no way to deny it. But, even in spite of it, they didn't have the edge of other Bama NC teams in spite of rostered talent.
That said, I miss the day's when teams could man up and work for a win without putting it all of the QBs back.
I miss defense that could attack and prevent their opponent from doing as they will.
The game has changed drastically over the last 5 years. Hope to see it swing back.
2011 gave us two of the greatest football games we'll ever see in CFB, and it's sad those days are gone.

Dont't Bama alway sign the most top recruits. Bama has out recruit Kirby every year except 2. I guess Bama need something to convince themselves Bama is still relevant. LOL at Bama fans going through Championship withdrawals

No clue on Golding.
But I'm pretty sure Buttchin is gone. His contract is about to expire. If he was sticking around, they would have renewed it by now.
