Really happy to see Greg Byrne and Alabama put an emphasis on future home and home series, even if it is 13 years away.

That or Bama just stole our series in reaction to us scheduling FSU and clemson to go with Oregon, UCLA, and Texas
Big fan of the Top 30-40 programs all scheduling each other in home and homes over a decade period. Gonna be tons of awesome early season games.

Hell yes. But I want to see Nebraska at some point.
I attended the 2002 and 2003 games. Will be depressing that 30 years passed between these regular season matchups.

What reaction? Alabama has already scheduled Notre Dame, West Virginia, and Texas for future series. Had been working for a while to get Oklahoma again. After the series in 2002-2003.

Any recent or future example of a team not making a return trip after a game? Wonder what that would cost a program.

My bad, had a dyslexic moment and read this as 2022 & 2023.

In my opinion why the BCS with a strong strength of schedule component, was the best thing to ever happen to college football.

IMO, it is why Bama is scheduling the second game at home. When, not if, they buy out of the return game, then Bama just schedules a NS game. Is paid for going, is paid for them not coming, is paid for NS game.

The Sooners are the only college program short of Notre Dame that eclipse the tradition of the Tide. Should be an interesting series.

How do either? Alabama has more wins and titles than either.

I hate it when the schedule dates that far in advance. Who knows if the world will even be around then...
