Did I see it correctly?

5 or 6 seniors
5 or 6 freshmen

What happened to the in between classes? You guys lose that many to injury before season started?

Barnmore (think correct spelling) will be special by the time he leaves

I think I read somewhere that overall, bama starters were one of the youngest in the SEC. I may have just dreamed that.

Both starting ILB's tore their knees up in camp.

The players below left for the NFL early last year, same thing happened in the draft the year before that:

Q. Williams DT - 1st round, 3rd pick

J. Williams OT - 1st round, 11th pick

J. Jacobs RB - 1st round, 24th pick (will probably be offensive rookie of the year)

Irv Smith TE - 2nd round, 50th pick

D. Thompson S - 5th round

Mack Wilson LB - 5th round

Jennings and a couple others are playing and gradually getting back from serious injuries.

A couple others transferred due to PT or other issues.

Precisely so. We have been decimated by injuries, including our "defensive QB" linebacking crew.

From my count y’all will lose 8 of 11 starters on offense. Lose 1 dL starter (Raekwon) but lose the entire secondary minus Surtain and Jobe. Is this correct?

What are your expectations on the draft?

Their 2018 recruiting class was the weakest Alabama class in a LONG time. All the good players they normally get went to Georgia or Clemson.

No way to tell. Depends on how the season shakes out and the draft grades our guys get from the NFL guys.

As good as he was for us, I still feel like he was seriously under utilized. I think he alone could have kept us in the Clemson game if we had fed him the rock instead of getting cute.
