Why did you include USF and WKU?
Are you really playing at USF?

It seems like 50% of these future OOC games never come to fruition. We all get announcements in big bold press releases and then 5/6 years later these "games" die in silence.

For as much as Alabama gets shite on for it, that's some pretty good nonconference scheduling.

Someone should develop a tinder version CFB scheduling. Let the ADs swipe right.

That happened a lot with games scheduled during the early 2000s for the 2010s when all the realignment happened. Hasn't seem to happen as much in the last few years.

The criticism really isn’t fair. Alabama had a marquee non-conference matchup every season since 2007. But when the 2017 Florida State matchup was a dud after the fact, and Louisville turned out even worse, everyone began to pile on. The Duke game in 2019 was the straw, but was never Alabama’s fault either.
Alabama agreed to an additional Chick-fil-a game to get the perceived marquee game versus FSU in 2017 and the 2021 game with Miami. The Chick-fil-a folks really goofed with the “additional” game they set up.

When LSU scheduled Arizona in the late 1990s they were really good, by the time 2003 rolled around, they were back to being.. Arizona. Didn't help our BCS numbers much

They'll be our #2 OOC game - we also play Oklahoma both those years. So either way it will be an improvement over the usual #2 OOC game.

"Wow, we haven't checked in on y'all in about thirteen years! How's the football program been doing? No lasting effects from that BCS title game, I hope?"

Yep, they were at least a decent team for the return trip in 2006. Btw 1998 Arizona, finished 11-1 and ranked 4th nationally. What timeline was this??

Dick Tomey had some really good teams in the 90s

You know ADs are looking at the available opponents and saying, "Saban can't coach another X years, right?"

The Alabama OOC future schedule is like a betting cheat sheet
Just go ahead and pencil all those teams in for the worst seasons of their respective decades
