They’re pretty much the only neat thing about Tropicana

I go to a billion games a year with them at SunTrust and, to be honest, I can't tell a ton of difference except when they turn them off late in games during pitching changes and flash them or whatever. However, that might be because it's all I see these days. The Alabama baseball stadium has them too.
It's certainly nice. The changing light colors is carnival tacky but they ain't trying to convince me to sign there.

The only old guy that matters is Nicholas Saban.

I'm jealous. That would be awesome.

If it is something he cares about he has the pull. If he leaves it up to those in the ad, they never seem want to change anything. Not for the better at least.

I'm guessing a big part of the reasoning behind the switch has to do with saving money. LED's have a higher initial investment but start paying for themselves over MH with much lower energy costs. They also last longer and don't need to be replaced as often.

The Cardinals just installed it and have a pretty good video.
That's cool as frick.
LEDs are amazing. I have them throughout my house. I don't have to yell at the kids anymore if they leave lights on because they use so little power, don't get hot, and last forever. The LED aquarium light I have on my 120 gal changes colors and even has a setting that mimics a thunderstorm.

That's cool as shite. Imagine being the visiting team. Bama scores, and the sky turns crimson.
I hope we never fricking see that, but I'll be damned if it's not bad arse.

That’s badass, love something g new when it comes to renovations. It’ll set a bench mark. I can see a lot of stadiums wanting this in the future.

Agree...that’s cool af...

Looks awesome. Reminds me of the Kenny Rogers Roasters episode of Seinfeld.

Ole Miss already has something similar. Although they don't have the color integration, which even some of the stadiums that have just installed these don't have. I think it's a relatively new innovation.
Although I think the linear bank of lights at Bryant-Denny will add a unique aspect to it.
