No Wreck
No Bert

The hogs would be in better shape than another rebuild

Except that they were still Arkansas. That always holds them back.

You mean the "getting your arse beat by the assistant strength coach because you're banging his fiance cleverly disguised as a wreck" wreck?

He wasn't a fricking swimming and diving coach, no strength needed to jump in water.

Yup.

But Petrino wrecked them with his dodgy personal behavior and challenged ethics.

Arkansas's greatest SEC team ever lost to Alabama 38-14 and LSU 41-17. I don't think they would be controlling jack shite.

Petrino couldn't recruit well enough to control the SEC.

nope. look at louisville. great quarterback, suspect oline, defense takes a back stage to offense, entire team depends on great qb play

Nah. Petrino is such a piece of crap he would have lost several locker rooms.

I agree 100% . But the only reason Arkansas was able to hire him and keep him for 4 years is because he is a dirt bag and it got him fired.
