Good tattoos look fine on anyone. His just aren't very good. It kind of looks like he got one, didn't like it, and then went back to the same crappy tattoo artist to add to it and make it blend in.

Not really, no. Good ones show you spent the money for a decent artist. Most of them still look shitty because they are tattoos.
