Wouldn't mind that life. You never get hit/injured, no pressure from fans or the organization, get a ring if the team wins it all and you get paid generational wealth. All for sitting on the bench

Exactly...and go home to your model wife. It's the dream scenario. I'd rather make $20 million and be able to walk at 40 than $70 million and be drooling in my cereal bowl at 40. Of course, QBs are so protected these days... it's not like it was in the 60s and 70s.
