I wasn't upset. Just thought it was funny that people are throwing around HIPPA when it's been talked about openly for quite sometime.

This. I deal with HIPAA every day and it can be a pain in the arse. It is necessary in the health care profession though.

I'm sorry. I had a typo. And I deal with it as well working with kids.

It just didn't take but a quick Google search to find that it had been talked about. And would seem to be common sense that ESPN was likely told about it either by the school or the family and given permission to talk about it.

It's not like it's ESPN's first rodeo.
