The biggest difference is that Auburn didnt run from it's rival, we have actual Conference and National championship to support our arrogance, Bama and *LSU are our rivals (behind UGA), and overall we are the better program.
All things considered, I understand their jealousy and wish to supplant us but with tGusBus rolling\, they're doomed to fail

While I agree with the OP, the idea that our 'hated' (I think...?) rivals are posting regarding the notion they have to keep us because of their irrelevance, brings me great joy.
Seriously. The fact that you need our sunlight proves just how much of a little brother you are. Don't worry, Aubies. We still remember the times we ran into probation/once in a lifetime generational talent [Bo? Cam?] and how you reacted. For that, we'll keep you around to take our celebratory, post-thanksgiving dump on your team and fanbase.

Don't get us wrong man, we still hate auburn. It would take a lot more than a 3 win season to change that. I can acknowledge the better program between auburn and Johnny-come-lately is auburn though
