Aggies, you are the only school to play both teams in the national championship game?

At least give us some insight. Who is going to win this game and why?

Clemson 28, Aggy 26
Aggy 23, Alabama 45

28-26 = 2
45-23 = 22

22-2 = 20

20 - homefield advantage (12) = 8

Alabama wins by at least 8

It's science.

Clemson needed a freak fumble out the side of the end zone to beat A&M, so Bama by 17.

We played Clemson early so it's a different team now but A&M was able to match them at the LOS and couldn't do that to Bama, so Bama by 9

They blew some coverages against Cocky, and got beat in man coverage a lot. I expect a lot of zone.

Why ask Aggy?

Since when did they know football?

Clemson’s D is overrated and their secondary is suspect. Without Bryant they lose the extra running threat. But Caveman has more arm talent and is getting better.

Short of Tua going down, I can’t see Clemson winning. And even then it might not be enough.

Alabama.

This is Saben’s best team ever.

We all watched the same games, so it's really only the players/coaches whose opinions should be solicited, but I'm dubious we can draw many conclusions from the games. These are not the same teams that played TAMU. But the real problem is that both Clemson and Bama are nationally known quantities by now. Both have their formulae for success already. They're not going to change that for the title game.

On paper, Bama should win by at least TD. But on paper, Bama should have done that with UGA. Guess it probably comes down to whether Tua is healthier now than in the SECCG, as he was in the TAMU game, and, if not, whether Hurts can take over the game. Hurts has the ability to do so, but the fact that he's not a natural pocket passer means that when he's not playing his best, things can go really wrong.

I think Alabama will win by 24. The time off will be beneficial for both teams but if it was a regular season game Bama by 24 easily.

We didn't play the Trevor Lawrence version of Clemson. Bama's secondary is weak, and Trevor Lawrence is going to take advantage. Tua is awesome and the best player in the country. I think Bama should be a TD favorite.

Honestly, the Clemson secondary is the big difference. With a healthy Tua, Bama rolls. Without him, game is a tossup

Alabama, no contest but don't pull a Georgia like the dogs did in New Orleans.

You gotta play from the very start.

Lawrence was really green in our game. He got pulled. He is a much different quarterback at the end of the year.

Alabama will win if they follow Saban's game plan and eliminate stupid mistakes.

They're also suspect on the oline. They won't be able to block Alabama.

Lawrence wasn't named the starter for Clemson until September 24th. Bryant was the starter...Lawrence and Bryant swapped series.

I would hope so...since that was only his 2nd college football game.
