Far be it from me to defend A&M, but this week just proves he was just ahead of the curve. It's a free for all now and the sport is ruined.

They're the end of an era.
Their current success is legitimate, but they're not a program well established enough to keep up with blue bloods that have the money and power to stay competitive in this new pay for play era.

You seem like a very bitter person. Why can't you just be happy for Alabama's championships, Georgia's championships, LSU's championships, South Carolina's championship (women's bball), etc. Don't be miserable all your life.

There is a big difference between straight out paying for players and legitimate NIL.
Others paying for players doesn't negate anything Jimbo and/or A&M did.
Nike mobilizing their $47 billion revenue into NIL is unsettling, but that doesn't make it wrong according to the NIL guidelines.
