Is this this someone y’all pay attention to for analysis? Someone posted this on scoopduck and we had a good laugh. He does provide some in depth and nuanced coverage though.

If Auburn struggles with our wideouts, they’re in trouble. It’s the biggest concern currently. It sounds like your back seven has some youth but a lot talent.

If I were Oregon, I would be more concerned about Auburn’s front 7.

Good crew with Marlon Davidson, Derrick Brown, TD Moultry, Big Cat Bryant, Nick Coe, etc

Auburn’s front 7.

will maul any pac-12 offensive line. Oregon will be lucky to run for 60 yards in the whole game.

Yes, but the video isn’t about that. Personally, the Oregon OL might be one of the best in the country. It will be strength on strength and it’s less of an unknown. I always tip the hat to the elite front seven. Oregon will have to throw to win.

Have you actually taken a look at the OL?

Here's all the analysis you need:

Scenario A - Auburn wins
Scenario B - Oregon wins setting up another 8-5 season for Auburn. Malzahn is fired, and we hire Cristobal as our new head coach.

Either way Oregon loses in the end

Oregon has a good o-line. But I think Auburn's front 7 will wear them down by the 3rd and the Ducks will struggle moving the ball.

Oregon has a ton of depth on the OL. It’s going to come down to whether the passing game clicks and stopping the run.

We rotate a lot of guys on DL, and they're all damned good.

As far as the secondary, our strategy is a 15 yard PI is better than a long completion/td. Ducks fricked.

It's hard to even get a read on what Auburn is going to be Game 1. We have so many questions at so many positions. We'll have a brand new quarterback, a shitty-to-potentially-decent offensive line, middling to solid running backs but no real stud, 1 potential playmaker in a sea of mediocre receivers, a stout front 4 on defense, young potential at LB, and good DB's. We are fricked if we have any injuries at LT or RT.

I know. Cristobal has a good feel for this type of DL. His OL is damn good. It’s full of 5th year seniors and elite talent Cristobal recruited. Also, we have a full time coach, Cristobal focuses there and two GAs. Also, Cristobal implemented Bama’s strength program. Those were his first hires.

Oregon wins.

Gus is our coach, so we are at disadvantage there. He doesn't do well with in game adjustments. We will start a freshmen at Qb. Also, the Gus factor for Qb play. In the beginning of the season, Gus manages his Qbs like a MLB manager manages his bullpen. Gus's playback has just 5 plays in it with like 20 different formationa. At the beginning of the season he might only call 3 plays. Also, Oregon has probably #1 Qb of 2020 draft.

It will look like the Michigan State/Oregon Redbox Bowl and will set the game of football back decades.

I pray that this being the 2nd season in the same offensive scheme will do wonders. That’s the fan in me though. The realist in me agrees.
