Accusation is not an admission of guilt and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Law is hard for some I know

That only applies to the court of law.. which this isn't. Leave the legal stuff to the legal people.

Why was he kicked off the team?

I thought it was some sort of sexual assault/rape on multiple females?

A female accused him of taking advantage of her while she was intoxicated. Basically, saying she came too while they were having sex. A second woman accused him during his bond hearing of an incident that happened in 2020. Obviously its not good for him but I wasn't there and don't know what actually happened. If he's guilty, put him away but he will get his day in court and often times these he said/she said sexual encounters with alcohol are really tricky.

He was removed from playing because universities take these kind of thing.

Then here is a legal term to be familiar with. Calling someone a rapist, if it is not true, is defamation.

1) it's not currently demonstrably false. So good luck getting a judge to even consider a suit

2) if anything it would be libel as it's written in this context

The point stands, calling someone a rapist if it is false is actionable.

I know the Rant doesn't care, but it is.

Only time will tell if it is false- that is why you use the word "accused"

The statement isn't demonstrably false at the time it's made. Good luck winning that one. You probably think Rittenhouse has a case against LeBron too. Lol
