Planning a trip during the DSOR and we have some time to kill Sunday in Atlanta. Trying to figure out if it'd be worth it to go for a few hours or if it really takes all day.

Only took me 3 minutes, but that’s typical for me. In and out.

That's great. We only have about 3 hours.

ETA: I'm surprised it isn't that expansive. You'd think a sport that's been around 100 plus years and has hundreds of programs would take a little bit longer to sift through all of the history.

There isnt really that much for adults that takes any amount of time. most of it is geared towards kids. If I wanted to watch videos on a touch screen of heisman winners, I can get better videos on my phone.

They are adding more memorabilia but overall its disappointing IMO, unless you are a kid

It's probably not what you're expecting. I thought it was going to be like the Smithsonian but for CFB, like old artifacts and memoribilia throughout history. It wasn't realy like that though, there's a ton of interactive stuff and exhibits that is more geared towards the "have fun" factor instead of the historical signficance of things.

TBH That's disapointing. A true hall of fame should be things you can't see anywhere else. It shouldn't be things in theory I could just download to my computer and watch at home.

definitely is not like any of the pro museums.

If you have been to a children's science museum lately they are exactly the same. A few nick-nacks here and there and the rest is just monitors and interactive toys/games.

For the three floors and amount of space they have there is almost nothing there

ETA, they added a memorabilia room last year and its only like a 20x20 room with just a few displays

You do get to attempt an extra point, but other than that I found it boring.
