Check out UF's rankings since 1992. They will be a perennial power with few exceptions.

I am not scared in the least. But how cany anyone with any brain function not realize the best thing is for no permanents, but allow teams to schedule each other as non-conference games. It happens all the time
What?? Do you mean that if LSU/UF play it shouldn't count towards SEC records? I thought the argument was so UF/LSU wasn't every year so LSU could play Kentucky more often and get some more wins, and UF could play Ole Miss more often
Or am I missing the entire point?

No. Just have division games count towards division standings. Makes sense, no?

quote:No you nailed the point. Let us say in any particular year, UT is not on BAMA's rotating east schedule, they are still allowed to play each other it just wouldn't count towards conference records. It happens in other sports quite often

By "other sports", you basically mean just baseball.

There is no doubt at all that LSU's problem relates to its obsession with Bama as this whiny shite has only recently become an issue.

....and how are those sports doing in revenue in comparison to SEC football?

Look im not the LSU fan that says this only effects us, I realize we will benefit in years in which UF is down( see Ron Zook). However, I still think it makes sense to find the most balanced schedule. Period.

Since 92 UF is heads and shoulders above UGA, UT, and AU, and considering the 90s, LSU.
