A&M is quietly pretty good at the shooty hoops this season.

Maybe we can have an Aggie thread that isn't about penis or LSU. I doubt it.

Seems like Aggie was picked to finish low on the totem pole, but they're the surprise of the season so far to me.

Yup. Very refreshing. We do a lot well. Pass, shoot, defend, but we it’s streaky and we’re not overly talented.

They are, we'll know more the further we get into conference play.

We had some cancels and replaced them on short notice with scrubs. Conference schedule opened fairly soft too. We can’t hide from the good teams. They’re on there eventually.

We can't rebound or shoot free throws. That is going to kill us against the top teams in the conference.

One of those wins was Wildcat-killer Notre Dame.

That game is looking more and more like an aberration. I'm definitely not a Calipari apologist. That game/showing was inexcusable. Notre Dame isn't good at all this year.

I think we'll all have a better idea a if where this Kentucky team is Saturday v Tennessee.

Too streaky. They can play lights out at times, then just look like hell other times. Check back in about two weeks.

Too early to say. Improving, yes. But they don’t have top line athletes all over the place like some other schools do. They’ve beaten SEC teams that aren’t great either.

A conference win is a conference win. Beat the teams you should beat, steal a big win or two at home and you never know how high you can finish. When you can shoot the three well, you can best teams with more talent.

There's enough of a team to sneak up on people, but that's about it. Bubble team at best.

Its early and I'm not a huge fan of college basketball. I did go to the Arkansas game last week.

Here's hoping they can continue to win some games
