A&M hired Maurice Linguist over Corey Raymond at DB Coach

Despite what the tigahs will almost certainly say, Raymond wants another job if the circumstances are right. Aranda does not trust him as a coach and micromanages Raymond's unit. Raymond knows that Aranda is going to be HC next year and saw the writing on the wall that he would be passed over for Defensive Coordinator, so he wanted out.
Raymond aggressively sought the DB Coach position on Jimbo Fisher's staff in December. He was considered but ultimately spurned by A&M in favor of ace recruiter Maurice Linguist of Minnesota.
