They have looked pretty impressive and have experienced talent.

And even though Kennedy when he speaks sounds like a scared junior high kid in speech class, his teams seem to me well coached.

For me they are now the early favorite for the SEC ahead of Kentucky. When they play will it be in Lexington or College Station.

Dude has Parkinson's disease. He's not talking that way on purpose.

I honestly can't tell if it's the Parkinson's, or if it's just all of the Louisiana in him.

Did not realize, that explains it. He seems to find a way to communicate to his team. I wish CJJ could affect his team as significantly.

In true coonass fashion, LSU fans will be either entirely absent or full of bullshite excuses after Tuesday night. Great early deflection thread. Your coach still can't coach his way out of a wet paper bag. As for A&M, they're only worth a frick because of Rick Stansbury.

I assumed that as you are a Kentucky fan you knew something about basketball. I mean I know that's what you all think as well, and my first instinct is to believe this as well.

This statement shows that to be an unfortunate and false assumption.

I mean it isn't a false statement. Stansbury and Avery Johnson both played HUGE roles in recruiting the talent on that team.

College Station.

They also have Iowa State, USC, and Florida at home (whoop!). Split 2 games with Vanderbilt.

Of course! And I would have thought that knowledgeable Kentucky fan who knows my coach can't coach his way out of a wet paper bag would also know that clown Stansbury couldn't either.

He was the only coach in the SEC I can remember after an SEC game that I though Trent Johnson outcoached. And he did multiple times.

He sounded like that before the Parkinsons. True. Speaking a little bit slower but that accent and drawl is pure Louisiana.

UK will be in for a game when you come to College Station. Aggies aren't gonna be a pushover.

During his first four years in College Station, Kennedy's teams didn't even appear coached. Just a "let's roll the ball on the floor and see what happens!" approach to offense and a lot of losing.

I have to give him credit. He's pulled off one of a turn around that rivals Lazarus. He went from the CBI and his leading scorer leaving early to join the freaking D-League to landing Jones, House, and Stansbury and an epic recruiting class in maybe six months, and now we're in track to get a 4-6 seed in the NCAA Tournament a year later.

The chain of dominoes is kinda crazy to trace.

In a competently run organization, yes, but in Faggies case I'll allow it.
