UK RB Chris Rodriguez’s mom passed away from lupus on January 11th. The lupus awareness color is purple and was also her favorite color.
LSU Football loaned Chris a purple facemask to wear as the Senior Bowl in her honor.

Didn’t know about this. So sad that his mom doesn’t get to see him get drafted. I’ll be pulling for him to do well.

Good to hear. As a KY native I keep up with the home folks a lot. I expect CR to have a great career if he keeps his mind right. Excellent runner.
