In the aftermath of Arkansas's victory over Texas, the outpouring of support from the board was tremendous. We really do have a great community here of SEC sports fans.
We've been in purgatory for so long, it's nice to feel hope for the future.

I think the real lesson is that everyone loves to laugh at Texas.
They brought it on themselves by trying to stop Horns Down.
And yes, Arkansas absolutely deserved that huge win after all y'all have been through. It was without a doubt the best story of the day.

Given the way Texas has introduced themselves, it was easy, and you guys have been through a lot. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the beat down y'all put on them.

I'm a little jelly that Arky got first shot at them since expansion news broke. They were so annoying in the offseason, that for one game, nearly the entire SEC Rant was united behind Arkansas. It was extraordinary.

It needed to be us. With the history we have and the fact that if Bama beat them it wouldn't have been a shock. The stars aligned on this one.

I do not agree with the sentiment of this thread. They will all turn on us soon enough once they lose to Arkansas.

Agreed. UA, AU, LSU, UGA, aTm,or UF could never unite the board like that.
