Still don't think that's really that far out of bounds. Tennessee at #14 and Auburn at #9 was probably a bit too low in hindsight, obviously, but where did most Tennessee people have them in the preseason? Certainly not in the Top 4 or 5. Most optimistic Auburn people had them at #5-7, and then when Wiley/Purifoy were gone #9 is probably about where almost everyone had them.
