You may want to relook at that.

Yes, they return 8 of there offensive starters from their 40th ranked offense. But, two of those starters they lost, are their Center and Left tackle.

On defense they lost 6 starters including their All American linebacker.

I am not saying we will win. But, breaking in a new center and left tackle in The Swamp in Labor day weekend won't be easy.

Gator LBs will have to learn how to stay home with Utah having a good dual threat qb.

This applies more to the NFL than College ball, but home dogs are one of the few plays where Vegas is traditionally vulnerable.

Give me the Gators and the hook.

I hate this is a night game. Hopefully it wasn't our decision.

If Utah beats UF in Gainesville, they will definitely be the team to beat in the Pac Twelve.

But, I agree with the OP... Utah can't win in Gainesville.

I understand the Pac 12 has some loud and even some cool stadiums. But the Swamp is a different kind of animal than any of them know.

Utah -2.5 is one of the easiest bets of opening weekend. That’s a strong squad.

Excited for this game; very intriguing. Too few games like this on the sec docket.

That line is such a square trap, makes me feel a little too confident

Say what you will about Stricklin, but he's turned the corner on scheduling since his arrival. We've got some intriguing games coming up over the next few years, something Foley was never interested in.

We need to slow our roll a bit though. Playing 3 P5 OOC in one season while most of the SEC is still only playing 1 puts us at a disadvantage.

They traveled well last year and ended the season 10-2. Whittington is a good coach and will have Utah ready so they have to be taken seriously. I still believe we get the W.

I think Utah will be legit good this year but it's hard to put any trust in a Pac 12 team right now, even the name ones like Oregon. I'm still gonna take Utah to win but that spread seems legit.

If this were Billy Napier's 2nd year - or hell, even 6th game - I'd be putting a lot more stock in us winning.

But it's his first game as HC. He's going to be seeing things from his players he's never seen before. It's very tough.

Did South Florida or Eastern Washington suddenly become a P5 program?

He also is complaining that it’s a night game. Clearly he won’t be attending. All September games played in the southeast should be night games.

Because we lose an obvious advantage.

Also October and November games.

The Swamp at night is a very different place than The Swamp at 2:15
