Knowing you lose in Neyland this Fall and only Covid - 19 pandemic to save your sorry Gump @R$€$ from the curse of the Bear

4 losses in 2020 same as 1982

Sabah’s last giddyup —
GA beat you in Tuscaloosa in 2007
GA gonna beat Sabah in his last year with that hip acting up on him and causing him all sorts of freak outs with those meds he eats like M&Ms with his Oatmeal cookies

Gumps so proud of WHAT WAS!!!

Gumptards WERE the Champions

Edit / Add :::

It has been 111 years (40,000 days) since LSU won a National Championship and didn’t beat the Gumps in back to back games and for a good reason (Gumps didn’t play LSU in their 1908 Championship season)

1908 — LSU National Champions
Note: LSU did not play AL in 1908 and is the only reason they didn’t win back-to-back
1909 — LSU beat the Gumps

1958 — Back to back LSU wins 57 & 58

2003 — Back to back LSU wins 2003 & 2004

2007 — Back to back LSU wins 2006 & 2007

2011 — Lost Championship Game but LSU won in back to back games in 2010 & 2011

2019 — LSU won in 2019
2020 — LSU will win the 2020 game to keep the 100+ year streak alive

111 years = over 40,000 days

You Gumps suck hard on that Pokey Nugget 40,000 days of Mojo coming Nov 7.

Imagine putting this much work into attempting to out down a team you're 1-8 against the last nine years.

William Taylor is the only other guy that is this obsessed with another team

If sports ever causes this much bitterness for me, I'll give it up. It's not worth the potential of stroking out.

What a tremendous rivalry, thank god it was preserved. It’s really important that Bama gets Tenner on the schedule every year

Do you or have you ever posted under the name "Old" on tRant? He disappeared around the same time you arrived. At first I suspected he succumbed to being old.. but now I think he has been reincarnated as you.

5000 days??? I thought this nail biter of a series, in which the unknown result on which life as we know it depended, was essential and now I find out it is another example of Gump cupcake scheduling????

Billy, sorry to disappoint ya, seeing as you liked and obviously respected Old. If it helps you make the day fun, think of me as Old’s Younger Tiger Bro at 85. He prolly passed on like lotsa us old Tigers but know he had a great run ending with LSU on Top.

I watched a younger Billy Cannon pass away the same time Joe Burrow came to LSU, and this just after passing of my hero, the great Yelberton Tittle in 2017. If you can, spend a nickel on his book “Nothing Comes Easy”.

My grandpa (on 1908 National Championship Team) took me to see Yelberton Tittle throw a football — Grandpa was my hero and was a man of iron, Scoring 3 TDs in 1908 for an LSU Team led by Doc Fenton that scored 422 points when TDs was worth 5 points, allowing 1 five-point TD (3 safeties) & 11 total points.

Our Mr Big Promises AD Woodward been dragging his @$$ on that 1908 monument but I hear tell it’s foundation has been built. I’ll go visit the Scott Woodward 1908 Stump when I go on Nov. 7 with my grandson. got my season tickets and will be there with my RTWFU bandits mask to watch Coach Oeaux finish off what’s left of these Gumps after the SEC East teams tear em a new @$$ like they did the Bear in ‘82

Tennessee retires the # 2 Ranked Bear in 82 after a 12-game win streak

The first play and last minute are priceless! Amazingly, the Vols and LSU battled to a 24-24 Tie the week before

I’ve come to enjoy mocking the Gump fans on this forum and get my 100 daily laughs most important of all — Gotta laugh every day — Secret to a long life! If Old laughed like I do, know he lived to be near 100, NEW LSU STANDARD for us old Tiger K-War buzzards still laughin nowadays!

Hmmm, and I went to that game in 2006 with some bama buddies of mine....Tennessee was losing a large part of the game and came back in the 4th quarter, iirc....

Congrats on beating down a team that has been ill relevant for a long long time....Bama should beat them and while Tennessee is improving they should continue to beat them for a while....better coach, better athletes....let’s not brag about something that should happen...that would be like someone saying Vandy hasn’t beat them in a long long time

What does that matter? LSU has been losing to teams that have "been down" consistently for the last 10 years or more. How many times has Arkansas defeated you since 2007? I believe you've lost to them five times since then while Alabama hasn't lost a game to the piggies in that same time span.
