Didn't get drafted yet so he will be playing both sports in Oxford next season.

why didn't he get drafted? I thought he was a top 10 prospect

Ole Miss already paid him to play football, MLB couldn't compete.

Word from an Ole Miss guy I work with is teams are scared of drafting a dual football/baseball guy because of what happened with Kyler Murray.
The A's didn't even get a compensation pick since Murray actually signed a contract with them.

No it's because he's just a raw as shite pure athlete and had a poor senior season.

This is the reason why. Dude is raw as shite. It's a good bit easier to mold raw talent in football than baseball.

He was #66 on MLB

MSU is just as bad, if not worse at paying players man.

What an awesome recruiting coup. Somebody give Luke a 10 year extension - he deserves it for convincing Ealy to come play for that dumpster fire of a football program.
If Luke doesn't get extended now, he certainly will after a couple of trips to the Gasparilla Bowl.

And that was a major stretch. He isn’t a baseball prospect.

Once he slipped out of the first round, the slot value dropped below the Bag Men value
