Of course, it’s highly unlikely they all stay that high, but can you recall any time when a team had 5 of the top 7 teams on its schedule?

I mean, we are not ready this year (at least), and nobody really expected us to run that gauntlet, but damn.

Yeah, y'all have been dealt a bad hand. But you'll live. You're not Tennessee.

Like you said It’s highly unlikely they stay that high so why is it relevant? Also yea There’s been several times Bama, and auburn have played a slew of top 10 teams but they never finish that way. Any sec team who wins their first 3-4 games is top 10 every year.

Welcome to the SEC West, baw. We've all had seasons like that at some point in the last decade.

You don't pay $75 million for a coach to just beat crappy teams. At some point you can't be scared of the big boys.

2012 Missouri played five top teams that finished top 9 in the polls. Also, 2010 Oregon State played teams that finished #2, #3, and #4 in the polls along with Boise State that finished ninth in the polls.

Quit your bitching and look at AU’s schedule damn near every year.

AU still has

#2 Bama
#3 UGA
#4 LSU
#9 UF

And already played #11 Oregon and #17 TAMU

Man the F up and Welcome to the conference. And to think you could be playing Texas Tech and Kansas instead.

Seriously that’s how you become a top team.
To be the best you have to beat the best.

in 2010 the SECw had 5 of its 6 teams finish in the top 15, 4 teams with 10+ wins.

There is always a gauntlet.
