Psst- I’ve been wanting to say that since this morning. And I knew you were man enough to accept the silliness of it all.

Nothing screams important like a 7 pm SECN matchup in front of 40,000 fans.

I agree with

No clue what you're getting at here.

I mean, I get it, with the stipulation you can only use a team once, you're limited. But those last two aren't "important" in the grand scheme of things regarding the conference.

Well, IMO, Missouri or Tennessee could challenge Florida, even Georgia, for the East title, if things fall into place. Mizzou has Kelly Bryant, Tennessee is feeling up with the second year coach. Mizzou could even be 8-0 by the time they play UGA. So, very much this game could be important.

Ole Miss v. State is one of the biggest rivals, and could spell very important to State's status.

If you don't agree, Please provide better options and back your opinion up.

Why? This game has meant absolutely nothing for the past 8 years. LSU won’t be contending for any title this year.

Because LSU usually comes into that game undefeated or with one loss.

Its important, blowout or not.

Well the AG's and bulldogs are gonna be fighting for 4th in the west, so makes sense.

And finishes where? Let me fill you in: tied 3 times for second since 2012. That’s not even 50% of the time that LSU “matters”. And when it seems they may, they tie with another team.

It’s a huge game if both are undefeated. Chances of that are slim, but game might be even more important for the Aggies if they lose to Clemson. Their season will quickly go downhill if they lose to Auburn after losing to Clemson, and with Alabama looming on the schedule a couple of weeks later.
