I wouldn't underestimate UK....yes they lost 2 out of 3 against LSU, but that series came after an emotional rivalry win over #7 Louisville three days before the LSU series. Yes a great team wouldn't have had that letdown (UK isn't great) but they are a young good team that shouldn't be taken lightly

Honestly not trolling, but seriously don't we hear something similar about UK baseball almost every year?
Seems like I remember hearing about great player, good times, just wait, etc etc and then nothing comes of it.

Yes. Mingione had a solid team his first year but has gotten progressively worse each season. They were supposed to be really good in 2018, got press all year, before ultimately missing the tournament with a 13-17 SEC record. Then, they were dreadful in 2019. They've had some really good players over the years but have never really been able to put it all together. Their last really good team was back in 2012, but they were bounced in a home regional by Kent State, who ended up making a cinderella run to Omaha, actually eliminating #1 seeded Florida in the CWS.

No doubt. We're 9-3 vs the Alabama and Mississippi schools. LSU has the talent, but they're struggling to get going this season. The Aggies have been playing pretty bad baseball. We have tough series left at SCAR and Tennessee, but it won't be any tougher than the road schedule we've already played. We also host Florida. The Gators are talented, but are really playing up and down.
Any flaw in this Razorback team has already been exposed by Texas, Texas Tech, TCU, Miss St, Ole Miss, and LA Tech.
Short of a monumental collapse, I'm not sure why Farmer thinks we suck so bad.

I’m as big of an Arkansas fan as there is but our fans need to simmer down a bit. This team does have a HUGE hole at the moment.
Baseball is a funny game and these breaks can start going the other way, no matter the competition.
To win it all we are going to have to get a lot better on the mound. End of discussion. That starts with throwing first pitch strikes and not getting behind hitters. We have a GREAT defensive team and our pitchers need to learn to pitch to contact and quit leaving pitches up in the zone.
If we don’t see improvement, Matt Hobbs might be looking for a new job.
