I doubt it. If the pitching can get better then this could a true dominant team.
Despite our pitching, our bats have made up more of the difference.

We've already beaten Texas, Texas Tech, Ole Miss, State, Louisiana Tech, and TCU. That's 6 of the top 14 teams in the nation. The list of options for who is supposed to "expose" us gets shorter every week. It's pretty obvious we aren't the best pitching team, but I also think it's equally obvious by this point that the pitching is good enough for it to not matter with how the team hits.

Your team is not as great as you think it is...if we didn't walk the world (uncharacteristic) you don't win..and your pitching is garbage

You walked us because our batters have great discipline at the plate, and your pitchers were scared of getting HRs rained down on them like State did.
I feel fairly confident that if the series had been in Fayetteville, you'd have gotten swept. Van Horn played a weird strategy that basically gave you Game 2, because a series road win is great in the SEC West.
Go sweep State at Dudy Noble and then come talk shite.

Y'all should have no problem making it to Omaha if that is the case. You'll straighten out those pesky mistakes and roll atraight through the Supers!

The same one who had multiple pitchers "dancing", and whose catcher spiked the ball when he didn't get the call.
The same ones who behave, every-single-year, like a girl's softball team.
It's the culture under Bianco, who got ejected for bitching about calls and going at the umpire, two innings in a row.
The same one who's fans were jeering an umpire after he got hit in the face with a ball.

Like the guy in the in game thread...we aren't bragging about our bullpen and pitching and everything else..Evan though we were better than yall in every stat in SEC play coming in to last weekend

Why you still crying, bruh? Y’all won! Effeminate is a good description of vaginas like you.

Honestly you just seem salty and/or envious.

Our pitching wasn't great this weekend, either. Should have left Lockhart in a bit longer in gm 3, but hindsight is 20/20. We saved a lot of pitching for Game 3 by being conservative and trying to win gm 2 by switching up the batting line-up, but other than Kopps, most of it was not great.
Ole Miss is pretty good, but they've lost back to back SEC series and a series at home vs UCF. They've got some problems. More than we have.

A lot of the pitching issues in game 3 (both OM's and ours) stemmed from the abysmal strikezone too. It was tiny for the vast majority of the game so you were either grooving balls over the plate against two of the best offenses in the country or you were missing the strikezone and walking batters. I don't think game 3 is indicative of either team's pitching prowess if I'm being perfectly fair.

If you’re team wasn’t avoiding pitching to us you wouldn’t have walked so many.

One thing that worries me about the hogs is they've played w/ fire all season long w/ these come from behind late victories.
It's good to build confidence but that can easily become cockiness.
When you get into tournament play you can't be Joe Cool down 3 runs in the 8th and always expect to pull it out.

Pitching does not improve the later the season goes, only slugging. Ask LSU over the last jillion years. Come on guys, yall are supposed to be veterans of this stuff.
Arky definitely deserves the ranking now and would be the champs in my opinion as of now. Vandy's staff is built for 3 game series, State's staff is built for a tourney. Arky may can out blast one of em, but not all em for a week.

Thank You.
I've been saying this (to myself). We keep playing and beating everybody. We are the deserved unanimous number one in all human polls, and number one in RPI. At this point, I don't give a shite who we play as I expect to win the series.
This is the most mentally toughest team DVH has ever had.
