Not with the $72M Dollar Man running around that ghey bar in Texas, yelling "Howdy" and "Gig Me" at every swinging shlong he sees.

They would all have to be 11-1 with a loss to each other in some fashion but I couldn't see them leaving out ACC champ and couldn't have a big 12 team go undefeated and so on. As much fun as it would be to see it would take a perfect storm

I think there’ll be 2 again this year. Winner of Alabama and Florida/Georgia, and the loser of Florida/Georgia.

Worlds Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party in Tampa or Miami or wherever for the national Championship would be an all timer.

This year no.

Auburn doesn't have a QB, RB or OL.

LSU can't score on Bama.

Nope...

Here is a likely scenario for the order of committee selection preference in my opinion:

1a SEC Champion
1b ACC Champion
3 Big 12 Champion
4 Big 10 Champion
5 Notre Dame
6 PAC 12 Champion
7 SEC At Large (Same division as champion or CG Runner-up)
8 Big 12 At Large
9 Big 10 At Large
10 ACC At Large
11 SEC 2nd At Large (the other from scenario 7)

For it to happen...there would have to be a complete shite-storm in the Big 10, Big 12 and at Notre Dame all in the same year. Then there would have to be 2 teams from the same division ahead of the SEC CG runner-up. It will not happen.

No. It is literally impossible for 3 teams from the same conference to all make the 4 team playoff. The only way it would even be remotely feasible is if the champions of all 4 of the other P5 conferences have 3 losses or more which is never going to happen.

The only way I ever see three from the SEC going would be 2 from one division and 1 from another - never all from same division.

Scenario

Undefeated #4 LSU goes into Bryant-Denny and defeats unbeaten #1 Alabama 24-21 on a last second FG. Both Alabama and LSU win out. LSU moves to #2 and Alabama drops to #4.

#2 LSU faces unbeaten #1 Georgia and wins the SEC Championship game in a close game. LSU is the SEC Champion and a lock - the debate goes to whether Georgia or Alabama makes the playoff.

#3 Clemson is upset in the ACC Championship by unranked Boston College. #5 Washington falls to #14 Arizona State in the Pac 12 Championship. #6 Ohio State, already with a loss, drops the B1G Championship game to a 10-3 Nebraska team that is ranked #17.

Oh, and Notre Dame is 4-8 and no where in the conversation.

Yeah, that is crazy. It is not like Auburn has had 3 undefeated seasons in the last 25 years, won 3 SEC Championships in the last 14 years, been in 2 National Championship games in the last 9 years, or won a National Championship in the last 9 years.

Crazy I tell you.
