How in the world did A&M beat Florida?

Our best DT was out until the Missouri game, once he returned, the DL was like night and day.

Credit where its due, A&M whipped our arse in the running game and Mond played his best game all season against us. Both teams fumbled away the possession to ice the game, and A&M just happened to get the ball last.

I think if we played at a neutral site tomorrow that UF would win, but that shouldn't diminish their victory earlier. They earned every bit of it.

They were when not playing any games while SEC and ACC were playing. Anything's possible this season.

As was the SEC when other teams played for three weeks before any of them played.

I think the question you meant to ask, is why is Ohio State at 4

Because football people who are smarter than any of the people on this message board think OSU would beat A&M on a neutral field this weekend.

Apparently

CFP Chairman Gary Barta said it was discussed flipping Texas A&M and Ohio State due to number of games played.

It’s just a matter of time nutboy.

I mean if OSU doesn't play again then that would make some sense, but it doesn't mean in any way that people think A&M would beat OSU

If they are supposed to pick the best 4, then they obviously think OSU is better

OSU stays at 4 without playing, eh?

OSU has done nothing to prove they belong. They’d be a 2 loss team in the SEC right now.

Man the drop off after the top 4 in the SEC is huge. 1, 5, 6, 8 and then nothing.

All the non-power 5 teams filling the rankings may show the downside of the all-conference schedule for Power 5 teams. It’s fun but it doesn’t really allow you to pad the win totals and hand these “top” group of 5 teams some losses.

ISU moved into the T10 so the winner of B12 can claim another T10 win. It will be interesting to see what would happen if ISU beats OU - they have one loss as well

The real answer is the Aggie offensive line took control of the line of scrimmage in the middle of the third quarter and they continued to grind it out. Mond controlled the ball and kept Trask on the bench. I am not the greatest Mond fan but he played one of his better games and deserves all of attaboys he can get.

I'm not sure if you've noticed, but the SEC kind of sucks arse this year. There are, at best, four good teams

Mond dueled Trask in the first half. Aggie run game did it in the 2nd. Elko made adjustments at halftime that paid off too.

We’ve really missed Chapman since that game.

Not sure which one of them you are referring to, but both have 2 losses right now.
