Meh like always I guess. I'm sure bama fans have enjoyed the dominance they've had. But it's been bad for the sport. The playoffs have been a major failure it's just Alabama,Ohio State, Clemson, & most years Oklahoma. Same ole same ole every year.

I do not disagree with your thesis. I feel like Alabama's dominance has definitely been a net negative for the sport as a whole. Even as a die-hard Alabama fan I can see this.

It's never really been a fair sport. Money has been the major factor in who wins That's the issue in all sports really.

College football has become watered down with the same teams winning it every year.
Bama has more 5-stars on its team than most of the SEC combined. Any predictions with them not winning it is dumb.
When Bama doesn’t win it, then Saban should be criticized.

What would you have college football do? Put shitty teams in the playoff? Maybe it's up to the other universities to compete? Quit crying.

What’s with all the crying about Bama and other teams winning all the time and making the playoffs every year? Every FBS team has access to the same number of scholarships as Bama and these other teams do. They also have access to the same players during recruiting. Instead of wanting all these teams to play down to the level of the rest of college football how about the rest of college football play up to the level of these teams such as Bama.

That's beside the point. Fans can't do anything about what their favorite schools are doing on the recruiting trail or the football field. They can only voice their support when things are going good and voice their displeasure when things are going bad. The bottom line is that when one team or a small group of teams becomes dominant for an extended period of time, overall interest in the sport begins to wane. It's great for the fans of the team that is dominant, but it's shitty for everyone else.
Once upon a time, I was a fan of NASCAR. One of the main reasons why I lost interest in the sport was because Jimmie Johnson won five straight cup championships. It became stale watching the same guy win it all year in and year out. It's true that every other driver in NASCAR was playing by the same rules and thus had the same advantages that Johnson enjoyed. That didn't change the fact, however, that Johnson was dominant in a way no one else was. As a guy who wasn't the biggest fan of Jimmie Johnson, his dominance became fairly annoying.
