Yes, someone will be drafted ahead of him. Probably 3-4 people.

I think when the season starts and nba people start seeing a 6'10 guy dropping 30 foot threes with a good dribble they'll be ready to tank for Jabari

When your class is 1 person and that person is a Top 10 player you are probably gonna be pretty high in a per player average

Sort it by average rating and Kentucky is on top. Basketball is not football, and Kentucky is winning the transfer battle also.

On top when they have one 5 star and one 4 star, and Tennessee has two 5 stars? Makes sense.

Your average is helped significantly when you only have 2 players to draw from.

Multiple teams have better classes than Kentucky this year. Tennessee has the deepest HS class from top to bottom but has to average across 5 players bringing their average down from teams like Auburn, Kentucky, Florida with 1 or 2 and Alabama to a lesser extent with 3.

Tennessee has 3 commits in additon to Chandler and Huntley-Hatfield - #40 Aidoo, #60 Mashack and #219 Diboundje.

Kentucky has 2 commits - #10 Collins and #30 Hopkins, who is a fringe 5-star.

Auburn is #1 because they have 1 commit and he's a Top 10 player.

There is no perfect way to analyze these things in a sport where the roster is small and each class can be pretty drastically different in terms of size - and that doesn't even touch the whole transfer thing.

VOLS average ranking will probably drop down further when Tamba is added. What is the average of the 4 top 60 kids

As of right now Tennessee with the #8, #19, #40, #60 & #218 rated players has the best HS class in the conference.

Ratings:
99 5* - 2
98 4* - 1
97 4* - 1
88 3* - 1

It might still be the best class even when including transfers. It's close

I campaigned hard for us to get him since he was lobbying for the Mizzou job. I’d say we dodged a bullet but then again Counzo may have disabled us so it’s not exactly dodging a bullet

Recruiting isn't over. Why is this Final with several big decisions still being made?
