However, according to new reports, he may have already made up his mind between the two schools.
The UCLA 247Sports site reports that their sources have said Kelly has decided to become UCLA’s new head coach:
A large number of reliable sources in the coaching and agent worlds are indicating that Chip Kelly has decided to coach at UCLA.
It’s obviously not official yet, but the report states that Kelly has been reaching out to potential assistants to gauge their interest in joining him at UCLA:
Not only is that the consistent buzz among agents, but some assistant coaches who have previously worked with Kelly are telling various sources that they’ve spoken to Kelly about specifically joining him on the UCLA staff.
This is certainly an interesting report, but until a deal is signed, anything can happen. Florida won’t give up on Kelly, but it is clear that UCLA won’t, either.

Either is a decent fit.. And both are not overly difficulty in winning at atm. Easy recruiting both places. Difficult choice.

No pressure to win at UCLA and the fanbases are night and day.
Smart move, Chip.

UCLA also doesn't fire their HC after 2 years.

I'm not sure about that. UCLA is a basketball school. Chip will want more support than UCLA will give him.

More support? You mean when the UCLA administration just dropped over $75 million for a new practice facility and buying out Mora’s contract. I think UCLA is ready to go all in with football.
The fan support will come when they start winning.

Not possible. Ink now is “very dry, almost crusty. Moisture content below 3%” according to Florida sources

Meh, we shall see. There is a reason that UCLA hasn't been relevant in football for many years. Since 1986 they have played in two Rose Bowls.

They can't come close to filling the Rose Bowl even when playing teams like Nebraska and Texas A&M, who bring 30,000 traveling fans.
